Scéim na Scoileanna Glasa/Green Schools Project

 

Tá Specsavers ag bailliú sean-speaclaí chun iad a thabhairt do dhaoine san Aifric. Táimid ag súil go ndéanfaidh na daltaí iarracht sean-speaclaí a thabhairt ar scoil chun caibhriú leis an íobairt seo.

Specsavers are collecting old reading glasses and sending them to Africa. We would like the pupils to participate in the project. The pupils made a great effort last year in donating unwanted clothhes to the National Council for the Blind. Hopefully we will have the same response with unwanted glasses.

These projects are very important in developing the children's awareness of the importance of recycling and helping people who are in need.

Well done to all the pupils who continue to bring in old stamps; these are being used to help children in Afghanistan.
